Santa Ana, CA – February, 26, 2009 – Ansafone Contact Centers, a leading provider of contact center outsourcing services, announced today that its CEO, Randy Harmat, has been nominated for the Orange County Business Journal’s 2009 Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award.

This is the eighth year that that Orange County Business Journal has hosted this prestigious award that recognizes those individuals and organizations whose accomplishments positively impact the OC business community.  It celebrates the spirits and accomplishments of Orange County ’s most dynamic entrepreneurs.  Nominees will be judged on their impressive and extraordinary vision, execution, accomplishments and potential for success.

Randy has been serving as President of Ansafone Contact Centers, a full service call center company, since 1999 and has been with the company for over 15 years. The company was founded 1970 and was acquired by Randy’s father, Joseph Harmat, in 1990.  In December 1999, Randy stepped in as President and Ansafone Contact Centers.  He has built on the foundation that his father created and continues to guide the company to provide superior service through our focus on quality, a rigorous recruiting and hiring processes, and a continuous improvement approach that delivers quantifiable value and reduces overall costs.
