With multiple locations nationwide, this leading contact center and BPO provider welcomes his leadership, experience, and passion for success. The West Coast headquarters in Santa Ana, CA, embraces his fresh direction.
Martorano chose to join the Ansafone team because of the company’s strong reputation in the industry. He noted, “I am excited to be part of an organization that has an aggressive growth plan, outstanding teamwork, and a vision for success.”
With over 30 years of call center experience, Ben has worked in multiple capacities from agent to Chief Operating Officer, so he knows how to build a successful organization. He has acquired a progressive aptitude for business process mapping and strategic planning. Leadership, organizational change management, and meeting or exceeding client goals are all skills Ben brings to the forefront.
When asked what goals he has in mind to further the company’s success, Ben listed “expansion of locations, client base, and markets served, maximize efficiency and building on the company’s success in client satisfaction and employee development.” He said, “I have a strong passion for developing team members, which is the success of any company.”
