I’ve been in the call center space for 14 years and in Sales for 4 of those years. I’m known to be detail- oriented and a creative problem solver, which helps me in making fruitful decisions for my clients. My clients highly praise me for breaking down complex situations into something easy for them to understand, while making them comfortable with their choices. Client management and client communication have been my greatest assets in building prosperous relationships.

My diverse background in many different industries has lent me to better help clients ranging from education, to credit to insurance. Much of my recent background dealt with sensitive information, from helping clients file credit report disputes with Experian to assisting folks with finding new Medicare advantage insurance plans. This makes me very familiar with HIPAA -compliance. I look forward to working with you!
