Who We’re Looking For:

Ansafone Contact Centers is seeking a Quality Position- Entry Level to join our growing call center team in Renton. You must be able to work independently and have your pulse on our customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and an analytical mind. The Quality position is responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt evaluation, analysis and reporting of activities according to the organization’s policies, procedures and key performance indicators. Compensation for this role is $17.60 hourly.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Regular Duties:

Daily monitoring of and reporting on the Quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, efficiency & effectiveness) of the following business processes or areas of operation:

  • Customer Call, Chat, Email Handling
  • Processing written correspondence from customers
  • In-person interactions with customers and Process compliance at Walk-in Centers
  • Image Review
  • Processing of customer payments.
  • Assists the Quality Manager and Quality Supervisor, as directed.
Things that Should be in Your Background:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of solid experience in the areas of customer service, transaction processing, and data analysis
  • Good work ethics and attitude
  • Strong sense of integrity, professionalism (tact), responsibility and accountability
  • Can handle project information with appropriate confidentiality and due diligence
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of solid experience in tolling operations particularly in quality management
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of and proficiency in Visio.
