Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Being available at your desk to take incoming calls from customers
  • Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Recording electronic customer transactions accurately and with every contact
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • 1 Year previous call experience (preferred)

Job Summary:

The Human Resources manager originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of public human resources administration, including the functions of classification, compensation, placement and training, employee and labor relations
  • Knowledge of state personnel rules, regulations, processes, relevant federal and state laws governing human resources, labor relations.
  • Knowledge of planning and evaluating training programs
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and related laws, rules, and standards including equal employment opportunity policies and procedures, civil rights, and other related laws and practices
  • Knowledge of employee rights, benefits, and obligations
  • Knowledge of state government organization and functions
  • Ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to organize, evaluate and present information effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to analyze complex social and economic data and relate them to human resources problems
  • Ability to present ideas and persuade in an effective manner both orally and in writing.

Experience/ Education

Years/Type Experience: Three to five years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist; Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.

Education: BA or BS in Human Resources Management or Human Resources certification from a nationally recognized organization
